Teamwork Makes the Dream Work 🌟

A remarkable collaboration across FSD Indonesia, China, Singapore, and Malaysia has led to the successful refurbishment of 12 large Dry Gas Seals (DGS), ranging from 230-240 mm in size. 👏✨

Under the exceptional leadership of Dr. Wang, our 5 skilled Gas Seal Engineers worked tirelessly to deliver outstanding results. The refurbishment process, executed at the FSD Indonesia DGS Service Center, began in September and concluded with flawless dynamic testing at the end of November 2024.

From inspection, cleaning, polishing, regrooving, spin testing, and dynamic balancing, every step was carefully executed to ensure excellence. 🚀 The smooth dynamic testing is a testament to the hard work and expertise of the team.

This project has kept our facility at its busiest, but seeing it all come together successfully makes every effort worth it!
